Refund Policy

This is the Refund Policy presented for each Boost purchase. Acceptance is recorded for that individual payment attempt.

Boost purchases are final. Wish Billboard does not offer a self-service refund mechanism, and support cannot approve or issue refunds. Refunds are available only when required by non-waivable law, for a verified duplicate charge, when the paid visibility service was not delivered, or as a documented exception approved by the Wish Billboard owner. A bank dispute is handled separately and does not create an automatic voluntary refund. Every approved refund is returned only to the original payment method, recorded with its reason and evidence, and removes the corresponding Billboard Points.

Wish Billboard provides visibility—not Wish fulfillment. Payments go to Wish Billboard, not Wish submitters. Adults 18+ only.
